This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be processed for our services, including air ticketing, visa processing, Umrah/Hajj packages, education consultancy, and manpower recruitment.

1. General Policy

  • 1.1 All service bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
  • 1.2 By purchasing any service from us, the client agrees to this policy.

2. Cancellation by Client

  • 2.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or in person at our office.
  • 2.2 Air ticket cancellation terms follow the respective airline's rules and refund structures, including cancellation fees and timelines.
  • 2.3 Visa processing, Umrah, and consultancy service fees are generally non-refundable once the application process has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • 2.4 If any part of the service is non-refundable (e.g., embassy fees, visa service charges, third-party payments), this will be clearly communicated at the time of payment.

3. Cancellation by BDeshTrip

  • 3.1 If BDeshTrip is unable to deliver a service due to internal issues or unavoidable circumstances, a full or partial refund will be processed based on the portion of service not rendered.
  • 3.2 In case of overbooking, technical error, or supplier failure, we will offer the option of rescheduling or refund where applicable.

4. Refund Procedure

  • 4.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • 4.2 Clients must provide all relevant payment details and identity proof when requesting a refund.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • 5.1 Visa rejections by embassies or consulates are not eligible for a refund, as processing fees cover submission and documentation services.
  • 5.2 Flight ticket “No Show” or missed departure cases are subject to airline policies and typically non-refundable.
  • 5.3 Refunds are not applicable for delays or changes caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, embassy delays, immigration authorities).

6. Policy Changes

  • 6.1 We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page.
  • 6.2 Clients are advised to review the refund terms before making any payment.
