• 3.1 Prices for services are clearly communicated before confirmation. After confirmation clients or third-party are bound to follow the companies Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• 3.2 Payment methods accepted: cash, bank transfer, mobile payment (e.g., bKash, Rocket, Nagad), or other methods approved by management.
• 3.3 All fees are non-refundable once the process has started, except where specified by a written refund policy.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• 4.1 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our service-specific refund policy.
• 4.2 BDeshTrip reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing fees where necessary.
• 4.3 For airline tickets, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the airline’s own policies.
